Hello and thanks for visiting! My name is Daniel Enloe, I am a professional photographer located in San Antonio, Texas. I have been married for 6 wonderful years and we have two exceptional sons. Putting my family first has given me the strength to start my own business while following my passion to please others...
I originally intended my layers theme to allude to the non-destructive way of editing images in Photoshop. In fact, I have to thank Photoshop for getting me more involved with photography itself. You see, I loved to edit/manipulate/retouch photos to get various feelings and emotions from my viewers, through my final images. Throughout that learning process I discovered that I love capturing life's precious moments, so I bought myself a good camera, changed my major from Mechanical Engineering to Photography and here I am today, serving you!
As I have been learning more about photography's nuances, I realized that photography is a layered event all on its own! I won't bore you with all the details and checklists that run through my mind before I can press the shutter (that is for me to worry about, which is why you invest in a professional photographer in the first place). But I would like you to know that Photography is a multi-layered field of study, which must be constantly practiced to sharpen ones eye and skills.
We are all photographers deep down. We take snap shots of our kids, family events etc. etc. But the images that hang on our walls, go out as Holiday cards or that go on our business cards, those are the images that we let professionals take. When shopping for a photographer you can go to a franchised photo studio (they are good for producing flatly lit, slightly above average images) or you can get a true professional that makes his livelihood creating images that have depth and feeling.
